Events in 2024 season

Presentation Evening, 29 November 2024

Club members gathered to acknowledge the Club Competition successes of the season. A great night was enjoyed by many with an excellent buffet provided by Leo's and entertainment provided by Ray Hatfield solo singer and guitarist.

The start of the evening saw STBC present £1141 to Parkinsons.

These funds were raised over the season with a SPECIAL DAY being held on a Sunday.

Thanks to all who contributed to this cause and to those who organised all the events.

How can anyone not enjoy themselves playing bowls. There is no age barrier, or requirement to be trendy.

Bowls’ Big Weekend 2022 was a great success

The members who ran the event did a stirling job. Thankfully the weather was kind to us and new people attending had a good time. One new member sent a lovely review to Bowls England and we were so pleased with the response. Allen Efford has kindly taken some photos on the day.
